DEBONING PLANTS

BARONCINI offers deboning and processing lines for pigs and cattle, with the traditional horizontal system as well as different vertical deboning systems. The plants include modular transport belt conveyors with inox frames, belt conveyors for bones and fat transprt, belt conveyors for boxes and trays, automatic weighting systems, belts for packaging machines feeding.

Due to its collaborators, BARONCINI projects and delivers automatic systems and robots for different operation levels like automatic stockage systems, automatic loading of frames and trolleys, automatic selection of the products based on weight or shape and many other personalized automatic systems.

We deliver with our lines control panels with various informatization levels and with the possibility to implement the traceability system.
