MODULAR SLAUGHTERHOUSES ON CONTAINERS

Certain farms or agro-tourist structures like bed and breakfasts (where fewer than 10,000 animals are slaughtered per year) need slaughterhouses with reduced capacities  few units' daily or weekly of species as  rabbit, poultry, sheep or pigs, to be used directly inside the companies  or distributed to the local market.  

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS OF THE CONTAINER
The container and is made of hot galvanized steel profiles. The metallic structure is covered by sandwich panels made of galvanized and prepainted steel coated with non-toxic paints, suitable for contact with food products. The panels contain polyurethane inside, in order to ensure good thermal insulation.  The floor is anti-slippage and it has drain channels for water collecting and all the edges are covered by appropriated sanitary edges.
The conatiner is delivered with aluminium doors, windows whit anti-mosquito nets entrance doors, windows with mosquito nets and  hatchback for the removal of by-products of slaughter.

The container  is divided into two areas:

1. Dirty area (stunning, bleeding and defeathering/dehiding)
2.  Clean area (evisceration, packing, cold store)
